Our pastors Elmer and Floribeth were called by God to the ministry more than 18 years ago, in their time of preparation they served in several areas in other churches while the Lord prepared them for the moment of asking them to start the congregation, they are people trained in the Word of God, counseling, music and service to the Body of Christ.
Both studied theology at the International Institute of Biblical Theology (ICBT) obtaining their corresponding degrees in 2003.
Pastor Elmer also served as director of the I.I.T.B. International Institute of Biblical Theology for almost 15 years, teaching, training, training leaders, workers and pastors in Central and South America, this through seminars, conferences, workshops and more, has also ministered in radio and television programs.
One of his great passions is music, in which he has developed in recent years in several instruments.
The key words that define his call are: To train others, to mature, to prepare, to send.
He is a person of defined vision and proven character, today his dedication is not only to pastor the church, but also to develop ministries in the congregation.
He is also bilingual (English-Spanish) and has served as a translator in numerous opportunities and environments.
His wife Floribeth is a very active part of the ministry as one of the praise and worship directors, women ministry and discipleship program teacher.
His oldest son, Ian, is part of the church’s ministry, he is one of the choir singers of the worship ministry and he is also part of the theater and arts group of the church, it is a joy to see him serve the Lord.
Elmer and his family live in Carrizal de Alajuela, with their children, Ian, 14, and Evolet, 9, they are a family united in the service of the Lord.
